Three months into starting a new home. And we do not have a whole lot yet. The front part of the lot has been cleared, they moved some dirt around, and they paved the road. Not too much else. They have also added street signs and street lights.
From the pictures, this may be exciting, but we have looked at this exact thing for the 2 months. We actually have trails from where we walk around the same places each weekend.
Shouldn't be too much longer before things start going fast though. We are in the next phase of the neighborhood. The builder has 3 more homes to finish is the previous phase. No real projection of when we can expect to be in though.
